My name is Stephanie Gardner. I've been interested in how people connect since I was young. This is one of the reasons I chose to study Sociology at Brigham Young University and received my bachelor's degree there. My passion for people led me to pursue a Master's in Social Work from the University of New England. For the last three years I have been studying attachment and attachment theory. This work has lead me deeper and deeper into the various connections that all of us make. With each other, with God and especially with those we date and with family members. I found myself bursting at the seams wanting to share what I have learned with others. I began giving talks and firesides and since have been asked repeatedly to present at conferences and workshops.
My work is to help share what I have learned with others and to help them overcome some of the hurdles and obstacles standing in their way preventing them from healthy relationships and deeper connections with others.
My main focus is to help people improve all of their relationships whether it be co-workers, friends, family, parents, children and others. The goal is rapid and profound results. I can't wait to share what I have learned with you. Give me a call or contact us and let's set something up and get you going on a road to a better life!
