Emilee earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and completed her Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. Her professional experience includes working in residential treatment, supporting students in state custody at an alternative high school, and providing individual therapy for adolescents and young adults at Provo family services.
Passionate about helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the challenges that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck, Emilee believes that while life can be difficult, people are far more resilient and capable than they often give themselves credit for. Her goal is to help clients gain confidence, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change.
With a belief that greater self-understanding is one of the first steps toward lasting growth, Emilee enjoys helping clients make sense of their thoughts and emotions while discovering new ways to respond to life's challenges. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and grounding techniques, she tailors therapy to each client's unique needs and goals, helping them build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with what matters most to them.
Emilee strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. She considers it a privilege to be part of her clients' growth and is committed to helping them discover the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to move forward with hope. Emilee provides sessions in Spanish and English.
Off the clock, Emilee is usually dreaming up her next getaway, enjoying movie nights, spending quality time with her cute husband, hunting down the best candle sales, and never passing up an excuse for a Swig stop.

Nathan Granados, MS, CSW
Therapist

Nathan is a CSW (Certified Social Worker) who received his Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and obtained his Master’s of Social Work degree from Utah State University. He has also obtained his Professional Educators License in school social work.
Nathan has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He specializes in working with those facing the challenges of grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment, addiction, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem issues. Nathan utilizes a multitude of therapeutic modalities in his practice, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, SFT, and Attachment Therapy. He is also trained in EMDR. Nathan also has extensive experience in helping adults with addiction recovery. In his previous work experience Nathan worked in an elementary school where he provided individual and group sessions for students with mental health concerns and provided coping skills workshops. He also has experience working in a non-profit agency where he gained knowledge and insight into helping mothers and families struggling with postpartum depression.
Nathan’s philosophy when it comes to therapy is to create a genuine relationship with his clients built on respect, transparency, balance, hope, and a bit of humor and fun. He believes that clients have their own innate strengths to help them grow and that healing is a unique process for every individual. Nathan loves working and learning with his clients and recognizes the privilege of being able to work alongside them in their therapeutic journey.
When he’s not in the office, Nathan loves spending time with his family and friends, going to the gym, playing video games, watching and playing basketball, and cooking.

Grace Tams, BS
Office Manager
Grace is a warm, compassionate, and approachable person who is passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and understood. With a background in Family Science and experience working closely with students and individuals from many different walks of life, Grace enjoys building meaningful connections and creating a welcoming environment. She understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making the process as comfortable and encouraging as possible while helping answer any questions along the way.
Outside of the office, Grace enjoys traveling, watching movies, creating art, spending time with family and friends, and attending local community events. As the Office Manager, Grace is dedicated to helping each client feel welcomed, supported, and confident as they begin their journey with our practice.
